Susan started her career as a marketer at Guinness Plc and subsequently developed her marketing expertise in roles at Revlon, Interbrew and Coca-Cola. Over ten years she marketed iconic brands like Gordon’s Gin, Johnnie Walker and Schweppes, and launched new brands such as Hoegaarden and Leffe. Sparked by a keen interest in organisational and leadership effectiveness, in 2003 she moved into consultancy where she held a number of directorship roles supporting organisations through global business transformation.
In 2012 she seized the opportunity to bring her branding and organisation development skills together when she became a Director at People in Business. Susan specialises in Employer Brand Management, helping both UK and global clients develop distinctive and compelling brands in way that inspires exceptional employee engagement, and attracts just the kind of talent her clients want to attract.
